Running Accomplishments:

I've run two marathons now, and this last one I ran it in 3:04, which qualified me for Boston. I am really excited. I haven't decided if I am going to run this year or next. It will just depend upon when I can come up with the money.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a marathon in under 3:00

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run in a marathon in each state. This is obviously a really long term goal, but I'd like to at least do 1 a year.

Personal:

I am married and have 3 kids. My wife likes to run, but she doesn't do it to be competitive. She just runs for fun. She and I are going to run in the Wasatch Back together in 09. I ran in 08, but I convinced her to run with me this year.

I ran 14.2 miles today at a pretty good pace. It was around 4 or 5 degress outside at 5:30 this morning. I felt my legs getting really tired after about mile 8 or 9. I think that the cold was a big factor, however.
